Introducing Inteltech: Why We Build the Systems Businesses Run On

Inteltech is a software company built across Addis Ababa and Canada. Here is why it exists, what it builds, and the leadership team accountable for it.

Most businesses do not need more software. They need fewer systems that agree with each other.

That one idea is why Inteltech exists.

As our founder and CEO, Eng. Demitu Fayisa, puts it:

“Inteltech exists because we needed this software ourselves. To me, Reframing Impact means a business in Addis Ababa runs on the same standard of systems as one in Toronto, with a team that answers the phone.”

This post explains where Inteltech comes from, what we build, and how we work.

Where Inteltech comes from

Inteltech was founded inside a group of companies that runs real operations, from lifts to schools.

Running those businesses taught us an expensive lesson. Stock lived in one place. Money lived in another. People lived in a third. Every month, teams spent days matching numbers by hand, and leaders made decisions on figures that were already out of date.

So we built one platform where every operational event lands in the books, automatically and permanently. A sale updates stock. A pay run posts to the ledger. A purchase order follows a clear approval path. Every figure on a report traces back to the record that created it.

Demitu has spent more than a decade building engineering and technology businesses in Ethiopia. She is an electrical engineer, PMP certified, and has led IntelMotion PLC as CEO and Founder since 2017. Inteltech carries that same engineering discipline into software.

What “Reframing Impact” means

Reframing Impact is our name for the result we want for every client: the same business and the same people, seen through a system that shows what is actually happening.

When that happens:

  • Decisions get faster, because the numbers are already there.
  • Audits get calmer, because every figure traces back to its source.
  • Teams spend their time on customers, not on copying data between spreadsheets.

Our vision and mission

Vision: To become the world’s most trusted technology partner, seamlessly bridging tech talent across Ethiopia, North America and the global B2B market.

Mission: To engineer high-performance, end-to-end software systems, from enterprise ERPs to financial solutions and mobile platforms, delivering exceptional, scalable B2B SaaS products and services that reliably serve clients across Africa and North America.

Two hubs, one standard

Inteltech is engineering-first and built across two hubs:

HubWhat it leads
Addis AbabaEngineering, local deployments, direct B2B sales, local compliance and customer success
CanadaCore software architecture, global SaaS benchmarking, international partnerships and business development

The idea is simple. Clients get North American delivery standards and a deep engineering team in Ethiopia, in one partner.

What we build

We build our own products, and we build software for clients.

Our products

  • Intel Harka ERP: a cloud ERP with finance, HR, payroll, purchasing, sales, inventory and timesheets on one general ledger.
  • Zipana: an ecommerce platform for online stores, product catalogs, orders and multi-warehouse operations.
  • Intel Logistics Zipana: one platform for logistics and delivery, from fleet and shipment management to dispatch and live tracking.

Our services

Already running in real businesses

Our ERP runs in businesses we can name: IntelMotion Lifts in manufacturing and engineering, Advanced General Contractor (AGC) in construction, Aura International Trading in import and export, and Nucleus International School in education.

Each one is configured around the way that business actually works. You can read what each implementation covers on our clients page.

The people accountable

Software is only as good as the people who stand behind it. Inteltech is led by:

  • Eng. Demitu Fayisa, Founder and CEO
  • Amanuel Zewdu Tekle, CTO and Co-founder, who leads technology strategy, product architecture and engineering
  • Eng. Abenezer Walelgn Lemma, Chief Operating Officer, who leads technical delivery and operational coordination

You can meet the full leadership team on our About page.

How we work

We do not hand over a system and walk away. Every project follows the same path:

  1. Understand. We start with your business, your people and the reality behind the problem.
  2. Engineer. We design and build solutions that fit how you actually work.
  3. Deliver and support. We stay engaged beyond go-live, so the system keeps up with the business.

If your business is ready for systems that agree with each other, book a demo or talk to our team. We would like to hear what you are building.

Ready when you are

Have a system to fix or build?

Technology works better when the people behind it stay accountable. Let’s build what’s next, together.
