These terms apply to your use of inteltech.et (the "site"), operated by Inteltech, In front of Bole Printing Press, City View Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site describes Inteltech, Intel Harka ERP, Zipana and our web and mobile services, and lets you contact us or request a demo. It is a marketing site. It does not sell products, take payments or provide user accounts.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the site;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or other systems;
• introduce malware or interfere with how the site works;
• send spam, false information or automated submissions through our forms; or
• copy or scrape the site at a scale that harms its performance.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, software and code, belong to Inteltech or its licensors. The Inteltech, Intel Harka ERP and Zipana names and logos are our marks. You may not use them, or copy our content, without our written permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing a link to a page. Other names and logos on the site belong to their owners, who may be our clients.

Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranty that the content is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Descriptions of products and services are general information, not an offer. Features and availability can change.

Products and services are separate agreements

Nothing on this site creates a contract for our products or services. If you buy or subscribe to Intel Harka ERP, Zipana or any development service, that is covered by a separate written agreement between you and Inteltech, which sets out scope, fees, support and other terms. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins for that product or service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inteltech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links

The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Your information

How we handle personal information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change or remove parts of the site at any time. We may also update these terms, and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute about them or about your use of the site will be handled by the competent courts of Ethiopia, unless a separate written agreement between us says otherwise.
