Inteltech is an engineering-first software company, built across two hubs: Addis Ababa and Canada. We design, build and ship the systems businesses run on: our own ERP, ecommerce and logistics platforms, custom software and mobile apps.

We felt the cost of disconnected tools ourselves: stock in one place, money in another, people in a third. So we built one platform where every operational event lands in the books, automatically and permanently.

Leadership
Founder and CEO
An electrical engineer and entrepreneur who has spent more than a decade building engineering and technology businesses in Ethiopia. CEO and Founder of IntelMotion PLC since 2017, PMP certified, BSc in Electrical Engineering from Arba Minch University.
Inteltech exists because we needed this software ourselves. To me, Reframing Impact means a business in Addis Ababa runs on the same standard of systems as one in Toronto, with a team that answers the phone.
CTO and Co-founder
Amanuel leads technology strategy, product architecture and engineering across Inteltech's ERP, ecommerce, logistics and related platforms. He has more than eight years of experience designing and scaling enterprise SaaS, fintech and digital platforms that serve more than 200,000 customers.
Good enterprise software is quiet. It posts the entry, keeps the trail, and gives the same answer at month end as it did at noon. My job is to hand over systems that auditors trust and teams actually use.
Chief Operating Officer
A civil engineer and operations leader with experience in construction, project management and business operations. As COO, she brings expertise in technical delivery, operational coordination and team leadership to support reliable technology implementation and scalable enterprise solutions.
