Questions
Zipana, answered.
Is Zipana hosted?
Yes. Inteltech hosts, maintains and updates the marketplace platform, so you run the marketplace without running servers or a technical team.
How do customers pay?
Zipana supports payment gateways, bank wallets and mobile money. Payments are split automatically between vendors and the operator, with scheduled payouts and reconciliation.
Can we set our own commissions?
Yes. Commissions and fees are configurable, so the operator decides what each vendor pays and when payouts happen.
Can vendors manage their own products?
Yes. Each vendor gets a self-service portal to manage products, orders and payouts, after the operator has approved their onboarding.
Can Zipana connect to our ERP?
Yes. It connects natively to Intel Harka ERP, pulling live stock and pushing orders into sales and finance.
