Intel Harka ERP

ERP for manufacturers who need their real unit cost.

Intel Harka ERP captures material, labor and overhead as production happens, so you see what each batch really cost. Cloud-hosted, on subscription, maintained by us.

The problem

The numbers arrive after the decision.

Stock is counted on paper. Costs are estimated at month end. By the time the figures reach you, the price is quoted and the batch is sold.

That is what it costs a manufacturer to run on disconnected tools. You guess the margin on today's work from last month's numbers.

The ERP fixes the order of events. Costs are captured where they happen, so the figure you see at noon is the one that stands at month end.

Capabilities

Five things a factory needs.

01

Batch tracking

Follow each batch from raw material issue to finished goods, step by step.

02

Work in progress

See what is sitting on the line, valued in real time.

03

Production costing

Material, labor and overhead captured at source, not estimated at month end.

04

Timesheets to cost

Timesheets feed production costing directly, with no re-keying.

05

Sell what you make

Sell finished products online, with stock pulled live from the ERP.

How it connects

From raw material to the ledger.

Timesheets feed costing along the way, so labor lands on the batch it belongs to with no re-keying.

  1. 01

    Raw materials

Inventory receives and values raw materials as they arrive.

  2. 02

    Work in progress

Issues to the line move stock into WIP, still valued live.

  3. 03

    Finished goods

Completed batches land in finished goods at their real cost.

  4. 04

    Online channel

Finished goods can be sold through Zipana, with live stock.

  5. 05

    The ledger

Every movement posts to the general ledger on its own.

Questions

Manufacturing ERP, answered.

How does the ERP calculate production cost?

Material, labor and overhead are captured at source as work happens: stock issued to a batch, timesheets booked against it, overhead allocated to it. Cost is not estimated at month end.

Can we track work in progress and batches?

Yes. Inventory covers raw materials, work in progress and finished goods across warehouses, valued in real time. You can follow each batch from raw material issue to finished goods.

Do we need the other ERP modules?

Manufacturing works best with inventory, timesheets and finance, because costing draws on all three. Purchasing, sales, HR and payroll are available on the same core when you want them. See the full Intel Harka ERP module list.

Can we sell our finished products online?

Yes. Zipana, our marketplace platform, runs on the same core and pulls stock live from the ERP, so a factory can list and sell finished goods directly.
